Is wallticker free?
Yes. The free tier is a complete tracker, not a trial: the timer with its work and break split, manual entries, all three home views, up to 3 active projects, CSV export and all five languages. Pro adds the business layer on top.
What does Pro add?
Reports and charts, the full Export Center with PDF and saved presets, the planning calendar with day estimates, absences and public holidays, clients and companies, budgets and targets, tags, and Google Calendar import.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free tier needs an email address and nothing else - there is no trial to expire and nothing to cancel.
What if I pay for Pro and change my mind?
Your first payment carries a 30-day money-back guarantee - no questions asked, for individuals and businesses alike, once per customer. We refund in full, end the subscription, and your account moves back to the free tier with your data intact.
Where is my data stored?
In the European Union. Supabase hosts the database and authentication, and our Privacy Policy lists every provider that can see your data.
Can I get my data out?
Always, on every plan: your full export as one JSON file, plus CSV and clipboard export from the app - and PDF with a column builder on Pro.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, on any plan, from Settings. Deletion is scheduled 30 days ahead so you can reactivate if you change your mind; after that the account and its data are removed.
Is wallticker for teams?
Not today. Every account is one person's own dataset - nobody else can see your entries, and there are no shared workspaces or seats. Clients and companies are there for your own invoicing, not for giving other people access.
