Bokio

If you invoice the time you track, wallticker can hand it to Bokio as a draft invoice instead of you retyping hours into an invoice form. It only ever creates drafts - you open the invoice in Bokio, check it, and decide whether to send it. Amounts are in Swedish kronor, creating drafts is part of Pro, and your Bokio plan has to include the Integrations (API) feature.

1. Give the projects you bill an hourly rate, and the client a VAT rate. Time on a project with no rate is never billed at zero - it is left out and counted, so you can see what was skipped and why.
2. Go to Settings, then Integrations, and press Connect Bokio. Bokio asks you to sign in and to choose which of your companies wallticker may create drafts in.
3. Press "Create invoice draft" - on that same card, or from the toolbar on the Entries page.
4. Pick one client and a period. The preview is exactly what will be sent: every line with hours, rate, VAT and amount, the net, VAT and total underneath, and a list of anything left out with the reason.
5. Press "Create draft in Bokio". You get the draft number back, and the entries on it are marked as invoiced.

A draft carries the client's business details, the project names, the hours, the rates and the VAT rate - and nothing else. The contact person you may have stored on the client never leaves wallticker. Entry notes are never sent. Absence days are not billable time, so they are never part of an invoice either.

One invoice covers one client and one period. Each line is one project by default; a client set to "One per day" on its edit form gets one line per project per day instead, with the date in the line. Rates come from the project, the VAT rate from the client, and the hours are the same rounded figures a CSV export of that period shows - an invoice can never disagree with your own export.

Entries that went onto a draft are not offered for invoicing again, and deleting the draft in Bokio does not give them back - wallticker cannot see what happens to a draft after it leaves. If the connection expires, you are told and asked to reconnect rather than left guessing. Disconnecting removes wallticker's stored access; drafts already in Bokio stay where they are, and Bokio keeps its own record of the authorization until you remove it in Bokio's settings.
