Free and Pro

The free tier is a complete tracker, not a trial that expires. Pro adds the business layer on top - the parts you need when you are billing someone else for the time.

• Free - the timer, breaks, manual entries, all three home views, the Entries browser with its filters and search, up to three active projects taking new time, tags you already have, CSV export of any period, five languages and dark mode.
• Pro - clients and multiple companies, creating tags and attaching them, unlimited active projects, project budgets, the Calendar planning layer with absence and public holidays, the Reports page, the Export Center with PDF and presets, the Google Calendar import, and the Bokio integration that turns tracked time into invoice drafts.

Where a Pro feature meets a free account, wallticker shows the feature rather than hiding it, marks it with a lock, and says what it does before you spend any effort on it. Some surfaces let you try the interaction and tell you plainly that nothing was saved. Data you recorded on Pro never becomes unreadable if you go back to free - it stays viewable, editable and exportable.

Three things are never behind a plan, on principle and by law: downloading all your data, deleting your account, and withdrawing health-data consent. Those are statutory rights, and charging for them would not be legal.
